The Government was due to present its 3rd Compliance Report to the Advisory Committee on 1st May 2009, but the draft of the report was not released for consultation until October 2009. Once again, there was only a short period within which to respond to the report.   The deadline for responses was by the 20th November 2009.

The TGG response to the Draft of the 3rd Compliance Report was submitted to the Home Office (copied to Council of Europe's Advisory Committee) on the 18th November 2009
