The Cornish Foreshore CaseNow that this site has moved to its new location and with much increased webspace, it is intended to post to the site a significant amount of the Duchy of Cornwall argument, comment and evidence put forward in its case of arbitration against the Crown in 1855-1857. OCR scanned directly from the transcription of that case. This is currently in progress and will be done over a period of time - which I hope to keep as short as possible. The next items to be scanned in will be the APPENDIX items to support the Duchy Case. The objective is to put this valuable resource firmly into the public domain and allow people to draw their own conclusions as to the 'immaculate deception'. Hopefully, it might encourage people, with integrity, to question why this has not been made public knowledge before. Please visit the 'Internal Link' to "The Cornish Foreshore" to see how the Officers of the Duchy of Cornwall argued for Cornwall, when it had a vested interest in doing so! Perhaps it might encourage some academic institution, with integrity, to fund a research project into the 'Duchy of Cornwall. Is it 'fantasy land' to dare to hope that there is a media and elected representatives 'out there', with enough integrity to fight for a Cornish Truth? The principal fact, which should underpin any thought process and legitimate analysis about Cornwall is that Cornwall is not, and has never been, 'in England'. |
